UPNG WNBSA Orientation.

 The UPNG WNBSA has hosted their orientation on the 3rd, April 2024 welcoming their first years into the school and the association.

The purpose of this orientation was to let the first years introduced and get to know the senior students from their home province as well as knowing what will happen and how things go about in the university.

The executives have welcomed them with a speech given to them by the president Edward Namui Jnr.

The association was fortunate to have 35 students that was registered as the first years both internal and external.

“This place will be your learning hub, get to know your people and learn as much as you can”, says Edward Namui Jnr.

The guest of honor was Mr. Bernard Ngat, a former WNBSA president.

He then gave a beautiful speech and a word of encouragement to the students.

He told the students to not to look far away to find a role model, your role model can be your father or your elder brother.

“I look up to my father as my role model”, says Mr. Bernard Ngat.

Mr. Bernard then concluded by saying, all your dreams might not come true if your do not have God in your life.

After all the speeches, the students get to introduced themselves from first years up to the forth years.

It was a successful orientation and everyone enjoyed it.
