Host dance to raise funds.

UPNG WNBSA will be hosting its first ever major fundraising dance at the Cosmopolitan on the 13th of September.

The purpose of this fundraising dance is to raise funds for the end of year project that the association does every year.

Every year the association gives back to their province in exchange for the Tertiary Education Students Assistance Scheme that was given to the students to help them with their tuition fees.

Usually the association holds small fundraising like K100 mumu dish and selling, doughnuts, ice cream, with can drinks during the two semesters.

All these small fundraising helps the association to raise money.

In every year, the students host major fundraising dances to help raise money.

They usually hold dances at The Cosmopolitan at the Vision city Mega Mall.

They artists that will be performing that night are O’ Four, Gabidz Band, Jarahn, tarvin Toune, Bee Gee Boy and for the special appearance will be the Muffin Boys and MAVN LKLD.

All the artists flew in two or three days before the event, and have been rehearsing in preparation for the 13th.

The tickets are pre-sold at K60 and will be sold at the gate for K80. The tickets have been sold fast and the executives have been planning to reach the full capacity at the Cosmopolitan.

The executives hoped for a successful event to take place and the people to enjoy their night.
